A. participated in UniCEN workshop on Advanced Research Methodology! 📌Participants have concluded a two-day UniCEN workshop in Tashkent, Uzbekistan after having completed a series of sessions aimed at enhancing the research capacity of Central Asian faculty members. ✅More than 40 delegates from Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan, gathered in Tashkent from 27 to 28 April 2023 to exchange information and best practices on topics such as Global Collaborative Research and Research Proposal Structure to increase the number of joint U.S.-Central Asian publications. ❗️At the end of the workshop participants set out a series of recommendations and priorities to promote interdisciplinary academic and regional cooperation across Central Asia. 🤝Among the priorities agreed on are concerted efforts to improve the quality of academic research through joint publications and projects. 🔸The UniCEN Program is administered by American Councils and supported by the U.S. Embassy in Tashkent.
